Kyoshi Takahama’s haiku:
a gold bug –
I hurl into the darkness
and feeling the depth of night
my offering:
nocturnal angels
carrying buckets of gold
water seeds of hope
how they make up for
the infinite emptiness
of the starless sky

A starless sky is a cheerless sight indeed!
Takahama Special
“how they make up for”…I really like how you used that turn of phrase. Great work.
A very spiritual take on this haiku by Kyoshi. I like these very much.
These are both breathtakingly beautiful!
superb duo….love the ‘nocturnal angels’….
The second one is a true haiku moment for me.. great-
